As an Account Coordinator at Foundation, you’ll be the tactical and customer facing friend of Foundation to hundreds clients and partners.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Take ownership of and advocate for clients
  • Understand and communicate complex technology in terms that anyone can understand
  • Coordinate and collaborate with technicians and logistics teams to ensure proper delivery of our solutions to clients
  • Collaborate with technicians to resolve client issues and escalations
  • Clear, concise and precise communication is an absolute must
  • Work independently while also being a valuable member of the team
  • Create and present quotes quickly and with accuracy
  • Assist with our sales process for current clients
  • Help folks Get Back to Work


  • 1-3 years of experience of building direct relationships with other businesses
  • Experience with large projects without losing sight of the small things
  • Understanding of technology in a business environment
  • A desire to inspire the creative work of others
  • A love for pure chaos

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicles. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate, with occasional bad 80’s music. This job will need to be able to be performed from home and in the office depending on environmental factors and global pandemic.

While performing the responsibilities of the Account Coordinator’s job, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Lifting boxes happens on occasion, maybe up to 40 pounds. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision. Understanding Pantone is one thing, but seeing color is not a necessity.
