We all know IT problems get solved faster when support is onsite. That’s why we’re proud to have our Enterprise Apple® Help Desk offering.  Our team of trained and certified specialists will spend time at your office, assisting your users, on a regularly scheduled basis. We’ll be embedded and part of your team, offering our expertise to better support your end users with their Mac® or iOS® devices.

Our plans range from 40 to 120 hours per month, including onsite and remote support, providing the expertise and support your users need. This allows your IT team to focus on what they do best, and allow your users to take advantage of Apple’s products without risk.

• Apple Authorized Service Provider for repairs, and Apple Authorized Reseller (including DEP authorization, excludes iPhone)

As a Managed Service Provider focused on the Apple ecosystem, we’ve developed a multitude of tools for our clients. This includes a monitoring agent, as well as OttoBot Enterprise which allows for a hosted endpoint management solution for Mac and iOS, powered by VMWare Workspace One. Don’t worry, neither are required for our Enterprise Apple Help Desk, but they both do make time spent more efficient, and further ensures easy management and security for your Apple users.

We can also provide you with a dedicated phone extension for white-labeled support, as well as custom support and purchasing portals for your company, and employees, if desired. This can include chat, SMS, or other support tools outside of our standard Help Desk offering.
