Help Desk
At the Help Desk we offer phone support for remote help and troubleshooting for all network devices.
There are two types of our Help Desk Available
Current Client
Current clients that have a service level agreement with us have secure VPN access to the Help Desk. This access allows The Foundation to monitor networks and devices, as well as gives the Help Desk remote control access to servers and desktops for immediate trouble-shooting.
Benefits of the current client Help Desk are:

- Diagnosis and escalation to desk-side support
New Client
The new client Help Desk will not require an initial signup, and will include the following benefits:
- Immediate remote support
- No VPN or client-side software
