Remote Control
In addition to being aware of problems as they arise with monitored devices, having the ability to remotely resolve them is paramount in maintaining business continuity.
All devices, which are managed as part of a service level agreement (SLA), will have the ability to be remotely controlled and maintained. When a call or an alarm indicates an outage, the Service Desk will resolve any issue which does not require an on site visit, escalating it only when remote access cannot repair the problem.
