Position Title: Depot Specialists

Department: Tech

Reports to: Director of Operations

Job Summary

We’re not like other IT organizations. We’re not looking for geeks or geniuses or specialists. We’re looking for the ultimate generalist.  Our Depot Specialists are required to be technologically agnostic. Windows, Macs, Linux, Unix. That’s what we know. That’s what we fix.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide depot and remote support for desktops and servers of all flavors.
  • Deep knowledge of email systems and troubleshooting Exchange, Google Apps, Kerio and other mail platforms.
  • Ability and competency to repair Macs, PCs and iPads.
  • Mobile. Mobile. Mobile. We do large deployments of little devices.
  • When called, you answer. Politely and with a soothing tone.
  • Flexibility in scheduling to support 24/7 operations.
  • Clear, concise and precise communication is an absolute must.
  • Help folks Get Back to Work.

Qualifications

  • 1-4 years of direct customer support in a technical role.
  • Apple or Microsoft Technical Certifications are highly desired, ACMT is required.
  • Knowledge of both Mac and Windows operating systems, as well as common software packages that our clients use – Adobe Creative Suite, font management, digital asset management, Microsoft Office products and more.
  • Working knowledge of Mobile Device Management of iOS and Android devices.
  • Ability to understand and operate a phone successfully. Yep, we’re serious.
  • A desire to inspire the creative work of others.
  • A love for pure chaos.

While performing the responsibilities of the Depot Specialist’s job, these work environment characteristics are representative of the environment the Depot Specialist will encounter. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicles. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate, with occasional 80’s music. And boxes. Lots of cardboard boxes.

Position Title: Enterprise Account Manager

Department: Account

Reports to: Director of Business Development

Job Summary

We drive business through technology, not buzzwords and shenanigans.

As an Enterprise Account Manager at The Foundation, you’ll need to be hipster at heart, but able to dress the (enterprise) part on occasion. Mind you, we aren’t box pushers. Sharks need not apply.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Communicate with our larger clients efficiently and effectively
  • Help take enterprises mobile, and embrace BYOD
  • Build solutions based on each organizations unique needs
  • Clear, concise and precise communication is an absolute must

Qualifications
  • 7-10 years of experience of building direct relationships with other businesses
  • Real experience with large projects without losing sight of the small things
  • Social media guru/ninja/rockstar/shaman, or just someone who “gets it”
  • Understanding of technology, with emphasis on mobility
  • The ability to turn complex ideas into simple solutions
  • A desire to inspire the creative work of others
  • A love for pure chaos
